Ronald Cecil Silvernail, 79, of Munson Twp. passed away on March 8, 2018 at Briar Hill Health Care. He was born on May 31, 1938 in Cleveland to the late Cecil and Margaret (nee McRitchie) Silvernail.
Ronald was a veteran of the U.S. Coast Guard and was the Marketing Director for Meyer Snow Plow. He was also a professional piano tuner.
Ronald is survived by his cousins Floyd (Pete) McRitchie of Macedonia, Dale (Nancy) McRitchie of Walton Hills, Ken (Shirley) McRitchie of Mayville, Tenn., step-granddaughter, Alexandria Roberts of Florida, longtime friends, Jane and Mark Chambers of Huntsburg, and his beloved dog Lucy.
In addition to his parents, Ronald was preceded in death by his wife, Carol F. Silvernail, and cousins Gordon McRitchie (Lois) of Twinsburg and Evelyn (Ralph) Steuer of Aurora.
The family will receive friends from 10:00 a.m. until the 11:00 a.m. service at the Burr Funeral Home, 116 South St., Chardon, OH on Thursday, March 15, 2018. Information and condolences online at www.burrservice.com.
