ROBERT A. BRAUN,  Age 87, of Middlefield Village, OH, died on Wednesday, March 1, 2017, at UH Geauga Medical Center.  He was born in Davis, WV, on August 17, 1929, to Emil and Nada (Nee: Buskirk) Braun.

Robert married Anita Augustin in Ravenna, OH, on May 18, 1961.  He advanced to the rank of Sergeant First Class in the US Army, having served during the Korean and Vietnam Wars, and in Germany for a 22 year career. He had worked as a mold operator for the former S.K. Wellman in Bedford, OH.

Survivors include his wife, Anita, of Middlefield Village, OH; 2 Daughters, Dagmar (Wolfgang) Isbanner, children Nichole and Mandy of Frankfurt, Germany and Pamela (David) Domos, children Jenna, Delaney, Dylan, of Fairhope, AL; 2 Sons, Peter (Nessy) Gossman, children Sonya, Jasmine of Frankfurt, Germany and Bob (former wife Lisa), children Kelly, Caroline of Aurora, OH; 3 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, 2 sisters and 2 brothers.
