Of Munson Twp., OH, died on Sunday, June 18. He was born in Cleveland, OH, on May 5, 1944, to Norman and Evelyn (Nee: Zamiska) Paderewski. Bud was a graduate of Brush High School Class of 1962, and received his BS in Engineering in 1968, from Ohio University.
On August 28, 1965, he married Ruth Adams in Lyndhurst, OH. Bud was an engineer at General Motors, starting at the former Fisher Body in Euclid, OH, for 29 years. He retired in April of 2009, after 38 ½ years.
Bud was a car enthusiast, and enjoyed refurbishing and rebuilding cars, engines, and anything else he could find or was brought to him. If he couldn’t fix it, it couldn’t be fixed! He was happiest camping and boating with his family and friends, especially at Kinzua Reservoir and Kentucky Lake. He and his wife started with a tent, and progressed through multiple campers, finally graduating to Class A’s. He loved being on his powerboat, “going fast”, and tubing and skiing with his kids, and grandkids.
Survivors include Ruth, his wife of nearly 52 years; his mother, Evelyn of Willoughby, OH; 2 daughters, Kristy (Danny) Mancini of Ashtabula, OH and Sheri (Don) Church of Dripping Springs, TX; 3 grandsons, Max, Sam and Cal Church; 2 Sisters, Judy (Mike) Morton of Concord, OH, and Ellen (Buddy) Robertson of Eastlake, OH. His father preceded in death.
