Mindy F. Stevens age 58 of Hartsgrove passed away July 21, 2015 at home. Born February 9, 1957 in Cleveland to George and Frances (nee: Skebe) Roby; she had been a lifelong area resident. Mindy was one of the most generous, big hearted and loyal people. She enjoyed cooking, spending time with her family and friends; and greatly enjoyed talking on the phone! Mindy worked for various local newspapers including the Free Enterprise. Survivors include her children Lacey (Andrew) Dolsen of Madison, Daniel (Kelly) Stevens of Madison and Bonnie (Neil) Cunningham of Chardon; grandchildren: Natalie, Evan, Connor, Emily, Taylor and Ava; sisters Cindy Zimmer of Mentor and Terry Thompson of Chardon; former spouse Mark Stevens of Hartsgrove. She was preceded in death by her parents and beloved cat Corky. Visitation will be from 5 to 8 pm on Monday, July 27, 2015 at the Burr Funeral Home, 116 South ST. (On Rt. 44, 500’ south of Rt. 6/Chardon Square) Chardon, OH. A memorial mass will be held at 10 am on Tuesday, July 28, 2015 at the Church of St. Mary 401 North Street, Chardon, OH 44024 with burial to follow at All Souls Cemetery.
