M. Keith Wedge

November 6, 1932 - June 24, 2012

Keith M. Wedge, age 79 of Huntsburg (previously of Hambden Twp) died June 24, 2012 at his residence. Born Nov. 6, 1932 in Chesterland to Merritt and Dorothy Mae (nee: Carver) Wedge, he was a lifelong area resident. Keith was a truck driver for Rimes Trucking, owned KW Trucking and Septic Tank Service and most recently drove for Mapledale Landscaping. He served with the Army during Korea. Keith enjoyed horseback riding, farming, doing mechanical work and playing the fiddle. He is survived by his sons Brian (Laura) Wedge of Macedonia and Scott Wedge of Hambden Twp.; daughter Colleen (Steve) Luoma of Montville Twp.; 4 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren; brother Donald (Alice) Wedge of Florida; sister-in-law Kaye Wedge of Chardon; fiancee Dianne Bosse of Huntsburg; extended family Samantha Vaughan, Colette Sweigert, Monique Soltis, Yvette Henrietta and Chad Stefansky, his Palamino Beau, and Fancy his beloved German Shepherd. He was preceded in death by his parents; wife Harriet (nee: Palmer) Wedge and brother Calvin T. “Ted” Wedge.
