Louis “Judd” Douglas
Age 72, lost his courageous battle with cancer on September 23, 2017, at his home. Born September 1, 1945 in Cleveland to Louis and Irene (nee: Piriczky) Dugovics, he was a long time resident of Newbury Twp. He was an Architect, Builder and a public servant, serving the Newbury School District for many years. Judd enjoyed reading science fiction books and was an avid Cleveland Indians fan. He is survived by his sons, Jason (Marsha) Douglas and Nate Douglas, grandsons Michael and Jack Douglas, brothers Peter and David Dugovics and sister Teres Sainte-Marie. He was preceded in death by his parents.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held Tuesday, September 26 at 10:30 AM at St. Gabriel Catholic Church, 9925 Johnnycake Ridge Road, Concord Twp. The family suggests donations to Hospice of the Western Reserve, 17876 St. Clair Ave., Cleveland, 44110. Arrangements by Burr Funeral Home, Chardon.
