KATHERINE PAINE, Age 93, of Hambden Twp., OH, died on Sunday, Oct. 26, at Madison Health Care in Madison, OH. She was born on Nov. 29, 1921, in Piney Fork, OH, to Frank and Margaret (Nee: Dolinar) Zavrsnik. Katherine married William W. Paine on April 12, 1947. He preceded in death in 1973. She was a homemaker, and enjoyed reading and gardening, especially fruits, raspberries and grapes.
Survivors include her daughter, Charmaine Paine and son, Gary (Sandra) Paine, both of Hambden Twp.; 4 grandchildren, Heather (Joe) Duncan of Madison Twp., Doug (Joy) Paine of Leroy Twp., Chelsea Paine and Leanne (Ryan) Exum, both of Hambden Twp.; 9 Great grandchildren and 3 Great great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, parents, brother and a sister.
VISITATION will be on Thur., Oct. 30, 10am – 12 Noon with the FUNERAL SERVICE at 12 Noon at the Burr Funeral Home, 116 South St. (On Rt. 44, 500’ south of Rt. 6/Chardon Square) Chardon, OH with interment following at All Souls Cemetery.
