JOYCE C. CRANE (nee: Cromer)
Age 83, died May 31, 2017 at Maplewood Country Villa, Chardon. Born February 18, 1934 in Rhodell, WV, to Lawrence E. and Dorothy Q. (nee: Cannaday) Cromer, she lived in Florida before moving to Chardon Twp., 2 years ago. Joyce was a country girl at heart. She loved going and listening to country western music, dancing and enjoying her friends. She was in food service at the Ritz Carlton in Amelia Island, FL. Joyce was a devoted mother, grandmother and great grandmother.
Survivors include her daughter, Jeanine (Tom) Barstow of Chardon Twp., grandson Brandon (Lauren) Freeman of Houston, TX and great grandson, Quinn. She was preceded in death by her husband, Theodore Crane, parents and sister, Billie Dean Gibson.
Private family services were held. Arrangements handled by the Burr Funeral Home, Chardon. The family suggests donations to Hospice of the Western Reserve, 17876 St. Clair Ave., Cleveland, 44110.
