Jeffrey A. Bones

Jeffrey A. Bones age 46 of Hambden Twp passed away March 30, 2017 at his home from a heart attack. Born Dec. 1, 1970 in Chardon Twp. to Harry Bones and Janis (nee: Jacobsen) Bones. He had been a lifelong area resident. Jeff was an accomplished mechanic, electrician, computer geek and business man. He was relied upon and sometimes imposed upon by friends and family for repairs large and small; he always found time to help. He enjoyed going to his cabin in West Virginia where friends and family would meet to ride ATVs. Jeff worked with his father at Blackmore Security in Painesville since 1995 and took over the business in 2015. Survivors include his parents Harry (Marjorie) Bones of Chardon and Janis (Mike Wilkie) Bones of Painesville; siblings Gregory Bones of Ashtabula and Barbara (Michael) Smith of Hobbs, NM; nephew and niece Gregory (Samantha) Bones and Samantha M. Bones and 4 great-nieces and nephews. A gathering of family and friends will be held at the Boat House at Headwaters Park 13365 Old State Rd, Huntsburg, OH 44046 from 1 to 5 pm on Friday, April 14, 2017.
