James Frank Mascorella age 84 of Montville, Ohio was born on June 2, 1927 in Cleveland, OH. Jim has been a Montville resident since 1930. He died on November 3, 2011 at his home surrounded by his loving family. He worked in automotive and refrigeration repair until his retirement in 1989. He was employed at Sears for 27 years. Jim married Lois Burton on June 21, 1958 in Painesville, Ohio. He served in the U.S. Navy during WWII. He was a volunteer for the Montville Fire Department. Jim was an avid hunter, fisherman, woodworker, and reader. He was a Boy Scout Leader, a member of the Apache Wells Woodworkers in Mesa, AZ. He had been a member of several Morgan Horse organizations.Survivors include is beloved wife, Lois of Montville, son, Tim (Belinda Brzezinski) Mascorella of Buffalo, NY, daughter, Cindy (Steve) Lanning of ThompsonBrothers, Joseph (Maria) of Phoenix, AZ and Sam (Joyce) of Thompson, sister, Nadaline (Ray) Wozniak of Chardon, Granddaughter, Jessie (Joseph) Kankula of Madison, Great Granddaughter, Selene Kankula and Great Grandson, Dylan Kankula He is preceded in death by his parents, Frank and Margaret Mascorella and sister, Katherine RepkoA celebration of life will be held on November 27th at 1:00PM at the Montville Community Center at the corner of Rte. 6 and Rte. 528 in Montville Memorial Contributions are suggested to the Montville Fire Department, P.O.
