Harvey L. Stewart, Age 73, of East Claridon Township, passed away peacefully surrounded by family in his home on August 18, 2018. He was born on February 4, 1945 in Geneva, Ohio. He married Adele (nee: Paul) Stewart on March 14, 1964 in Jefferson, Ohio.
Harvey was self-employed as a maintenance contractor for 25 years. He earned many specialized certificates for Ohio underground storage tanks. Harvey enjoyed traveling to Colorado, Vermont, and Switzerland where he liked to ski.
Survivors are his wife Adele, daughter Karen (Jason) Pastor and son Russell Stewart; grandchildren, Kyle, Cameron, Benjamin, Dylan, and Nathaniel; brother Terry (Aidaliz) Stewart.
He was preceded in death by his parents, brother Donald Stewart, and sister Carol (nee: Stewart) Supina.
The family will receive friends on Wednesday, August 22, 2018 for visitation from 5:30-6:30 p.m. with a memorial service to follow at 6:30 p.m. at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses, 16471 GAR Hwy. (Route 6), Montville, Ohio 44064. Information and condolences online at www.burrservice.com.
