Eleanor L. Jones (Jonsey), passed away on April 4th in her home at the Residence of Chardon. She was born in 1924 in Elmira, N.Y., to Margaret (Berthod) and John Myers. Jonesy moved to Cleveland in the 1940’s, where she was later employed by TRW for many years. Jonsey loved to go to the beach, whether it was here in Ohio, or while visiting her niece on the east coast. She enjoyed movies, music and keeping up-to-date on current events. Jones cared deeply for animals, and over the years had beloved pets Wendy (dog), Fluffy (aka Fat Cat) and Midnight.
She is survived by her sister, Marguerite Jean Myers (Madison), and her nieces Margaret Minello (Madison) and Chris Cipriani (Chardon); along with many great and great-great nieces and nephews and their spouses. She was preceded in death by her brother John Myers.
