Dorothy Mae Eging, Age 92, of Chardon, OH, died on Friday, February 9, 2018, at her residence. She was born in Cleveland, OH, on December 9, 1925, to Frank and Viola (Nee: Gaskins) Katuc, and has been a resident of Chardon since 1939. On June 28, 1947, Dorothy married Norman Eging in Chardon, OH. She was a long-time member of the Pilgrim Christian Church and was a volunteer for UH Geauga Medical Center for over 20 years.
Her survivors include her husband, Norman of Chardon; daughter, Connie Huston of Chardon; son, Ron of Chardon; and sister, Jeanne Jacobson of Mentor, OH. She was preceded in death by her brother, Frank Katuc. The family would like to express their sincere appreciation to Joan and Roger Staley for their wonderful care of Dorothy.
