Debra K. (Wolfe) Heslop, 53, of Chardon, OH, formerly of Martins Ferry, OH died Thursday, Nov. 3, 2011 at Cleveland Clinic, Cleveland, OH. She was born March 20, 1958 in Martins Ferry a daughter of the late Walter W. Wolfe and Catherine M. (Franczak) Wolfe Martin. She was formerly a reporter for the Times Leader, Martins Ferry and previously worked for the Cleveland Clinic and the Heather Hill Hospital of Chardon. Debra was a member of the Church of St. Mary’s, Chardon, OH where she was the parish nurse. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her step-father Herman R. Martin, a brother Ronald Wolfe, and a sister Lori A. Fisher. Surviving are her husband James R. Heslop, II , two daughters Allison A. Heslop, and Kristen E. Heslop all of Chardon, two sisters Jean Taylor of Midlothian, VA, and Darlene (James) Myers of Bowling Green, OH, a sister-in-law Joyce Wolfe of Westerville, OH. Friends will be received Sunday, Nov. 6, 2011 from 4-8 pm at the Burr Funeral Home, 116 South St., Chardon, OH. A 12:30 p.m. Funeral Liturgy with Mass will be celebrated Monday, Nov. 7, 2011 at 12:30PM at the Church of St. Mary, 401 N. St., Chardon, OH with Fr. Tom Gilles officiating. Graveside services will be held Tuesday, Nov. 8, 2011 at 10:00 am at Riverview Cemetery, Martins Ferry, OH with Fr. Tom Marut officiating.
