Debbie was a registered nurse with Hillcrest Hospital and had practiced nursing for the past 20 years.Debbie was a devoted mother. She enjoyed gardening, sewing, reading, and spending time with her grandchildren. She was also an avid Cleveland Browns fan.Survivors include her children, Michael (Tina) Butt of Chardon, Chris (Ann) Elko of Willoughby and Marybeth (Matt) Fuhrmann of Chardon; Grandchildren; Ashlei Butt, Lucas and Logan Fuhrmann; sister, Linda (Jim) Petkosek of Hambden and brothers; Donald (Emma) Meyer of Claridon and Jimmy Meyer of HambdenShe is preceded by her parents, Donald and Mary Lou MeyerA Graveside Service will be held on Thursday, September 29, 2011at 11:00AM at Claridon Center Cemetery on Rte. 322 behind First Congregational Church of Claridon.
