Bill was a long time friend and an excellent Firemen. He supported me as Fire Chief and was always there when someone needed something done. He helped alot of people in the area. Bill was an excellent EMT-A on our Rescue Squad and he was a good Firemen and Trustee on the Burton Vol. Fire Dept. All the old timers are passing away but they will never be forgotten and that includes "Bill" I think of all of them each day!! Will Miss you "BILL"Retired Fire Chief:Tim Glassburner

Dear Joyce and family - We are so sorry to have lost Uncle Bill. He was so terrific about stopping by to visit and chat with Curtis these past few years. And if we were not home, we always new Uncle Bill had been here if there was a big bag of garden tomatoes or peppers hanging on the door knob! We will remember him always. Pam and Curtis Hess
