Carolyn Hubbard Trask age 85 of Chardon and previously of Claridon Twp. was born on June 24, 1927 in Chardon and died August 9, 2012 at The Residence of Chardon.Carolyn married Donald Trask on September 14, 1946 in Claridon Twp.Survivors include her daughter, Louise (Steven Ayers) Dolak of Fleming Island, FL; Grandchildren; Jeffrey (Stefanie) Dolak of Lake Placid, FL and Eric “Rick” Dolak of Fleming Island, FL, and Great Grandchildren; Kyle and Morgan. She is preceded in death byHusband, Donald A. TraskFuneral is Monday, August 13, 2012 at Noon at the Burr Funeral Home, 116 South Street, (St. Rt. 44, 500′ south of Rt. 6/Chardon Square), Chardon.Visitation is from 10 until the Service at the funeral home. Burial will be at Claridon Center Cemetery.
