Dear Soss Family, I am so sorry to have read of your loss; please accept my sincere condolences. Something that I have personally found to be of great comfort are the thoughts expressed at John 5:28, 29 as well as Revelation 21:4. In these verses, we find a wonderful hope for the future of being reunited with our loved ones upon the earth the way it was originally intended--free from sickness, suffering, and death. Knowing this has comforted me greatly and it is my sincere hope that these thoughts comfort your family as well. Again I am so sorry for your loss.

Oh Alicia, how I will miss your smiling face and kind words of encouragement! Soss/Ward family, I am so terribly sorry for your loss. I had no idea she was so ill. Alica and I played clarinet in Chardon High School Marching and Concert Band: we had a great time! Then later in life linked up again at Chardon United Methodist Church. She was a wonderful, kind, loving woman, who will be greatly missed. Blessings, prayers, and hugs, Kathy (Reeder) Baird

Sending my condolences to the Ward and Soss families after hearing of the loss of Alicia. I grew up across the street from the Ward family and have fond memories of playing together with Alicia when we were young. More recently, we'd see each other at the Holden Arboretum where she was employed and I am a volunteer. Alicia was always a very sweet and kind person and I am sure she will be greatly missed. Keeping her family in my thoughts and prayers at this most difficult time.

Pam Bevington left a message on April 29, 2017:
To all of Alicia's family. I have started this message a hundred times to try and find the right words. There is no way to take the pain away. I wish this nightmare would end but each day I know it's the truth. God must of needed a special angel and that is why he has Alicia. Alicia you were my best friend and I am going to miss our walks, our talks. I knew I could always come to you and our conversation stayed between us. Life will not be the same without you but at least I was privileged to know you and have time with you. Your family is in my prayers and thoughts constantly. Love Pam
