Funeral Service Groupings
Traditional Funeral Service:

Professional, Staff, and Administrative Services: such as making all phone calls, receiving phone calls, filing of paperwork, writing and placing of the obituary, creating the death certificate, obtaining doctor’s/coroner’s signature on the death certificate, filing the certificate with the county of death, obtaining a burial/cremation/transit permit and certified copies of the death certificate

Preparation of the Deceased: Dignity Care, Embalming, Dressing, Casketing, Cosmetizing, & Hairstyling Services

Two(2) days of Visitation: The public will be notified of the family’s availability to receive friends and guests usually Day one(1) 2-4 & 6-8 or 5-8pm, Day two(2) 2-4 & 6-8 or 5-8pm

Funeral Home Hospitality Services: Coffee, Tea Forte Exotic Hot Tea, Fresh Baked Otis Spunkmeyer Cookies, Facial Tissues, Mint Candies, Private water for the family, Water Cooler for guests, Children’s Room (we ask a family member to be with children at all times), etc.

Funeral Home Service: Funeral Home equipment and fixtures, parking lot staff, Licensed Funeral Director and Associates to assist in the direction of the funeral service

* All transportation is within a 70 mile round trip local service area. There will be an additional cost of $2.50 per mile thereafter.

The visitation and funeral service are held on the same day, usually 10am-12pm with a 12pm service followed by a procession to the cemetery. If the services are held in the evening, all will meet at the cemetery the following morning.

A Licensed Funeral Director and Staff will arrive at the Church or other location of services to arrange flowers, turn on all lights, turn on heat/air conditioning, and adjust cosmetics to be ready for the family’s arrival 60 minutes prior to the published time of the visitation.

Additional staff for one day of visitation: The public will be notified of the family’s availability to receive friends and guests usually 2-4 & 6-8 or 5-8pm at the church or other location of service

Church or other location service: Funeral Home equipment transportation to the place of service, parking lot staff, Licensed Funeral Director and Associates to assist in the direction of the funeral service
